DRL has been supporting Bolton Lads and Girls Club since our inception in 2000, and CEO John Roberts has been involved with the club for over 20 years. In 2009 DRL raised over £70,000 for the club through Payroll Giving and regular fundraising events, and are always looking for new ways to help the young people who attend the club.

Bolton Lads and Girls Club have been operating a highly successful Mentoring Project since April 1997.  The project aims to link young people on a one to one basis with a volunteer who will provide support and guidance at a time when most needed.

The project is designed to help young people set goals for their future and reach these goals with the support of a caring mentor.  The Project is available to young people between the ages of 8 and 21 who are experiencing a wide range of problems, and it depend on volunteers to provide this service.

DRL got involved with the mentoring project in early 2010, and already has a number of its employees providing valuable support to young people in Bolton who really need it.
